Questions from trading companies
Can we run several warehouses?
Yes. Each warehouse keeps its own stock, and you can transfer between them.
Does the invoice carry the ZATCA QR code?
Yes. Every tax invoice gets the QR code the moment it is issued, in Arabic and English.
Is the VAT return ready to file?
Seen prepares the figures for all 16 boxes from your posted entries and checks them against your VAT accounts. You then file on the ZATCA portal.
Does selling reduce stock?
Yes. When a customer accepts a quote or a deal is won, the items leave the warehouse on the quote line, or your default one.
Does Seen work out cost of goods sold?
Not yet, coming soon. Cost of goods sold at weighted average cost, and gross margin per product, are on the way.
