Questions about Inventory

Can we have more than one warehouse?

Yes. Add as many as you run. Each one keeps its own stock, and you can move stock between them.

Does selling reduce stock?

Yes. When a customer accepts a quote or a deal is won, the items leave the warehouse on the quote line, or your default one.

Do we get told when stock runs low?

Yes. Set a reorder point on each product. Its stock turns red at that point, and managers get an alert.

Can we receive a partial delivery?

Yes. Receive each purchase-order line as it arrives. The order shows partially received until everything is in.

Does Seen work out stock cost and margin?

Not yet, coming soon. Cost of goods sold at weighted average cost, and gross margin per product, are on the way.
