Questions about Workspace
Can I use my company email inside Seen?
Yes. Connect your company mailbox with its server settings. Emails are linked to leads and customers by their address.
Who can see a folder?
When you create a folder you choose: everyone on the team, or only the people you select.
Can managers see their team’s calendar?
Yes. A manager can open any team member’s calendar to see their meetings, calls and due tasks.
How big can files be?
Up to 25 MB per file, in chat and in files.
Can we chat with customers on WhatsApp from Seen?
Not yet, coming soon. Customer WhatsApp chats will sit inside Seen, next to the customer.
