Sound familiar?

Crews on site, paperwork everywhere.

  • Hours on paper timesheets

Site attendance reaches payroll days late, and not always right.

  • Expired iqamas found too late

Visa and iqama dates live in someone’s spreadsheet.

  • GOSI worked out by hand

Saudi and non-Saudi rules, floors and ceilings, every month.

  • Project costs in spreadsheets

No one knows what each site really costs.

How it runs in Seen

From the clock-in to the salary file.

  1. 1

    Crews clock in by shift

Fixed or flexible shifts, with a grace period.

  2. 2

    HR checks the month

Only HR corrects a record, and always with a reason.

  3. 3

    Payroll works itself out

GOSI, overtime and absences calculated; payslips in both languages.

  4. 4

    Pay and post

A salary file in WPS format, and the entries in your ledger.

Crews

Every crew, every shift.

Staff clock in and out from Seen. Managers see their teams; HR fixes wrong records and decides what an unexplained absence means for pay.

  • Clock in and out by shift, fixed or flexible
  • Present, late and absent days for each person
  • Only HR corrects a record, with a reason
  • Nothing is deducted unless HR marks a day as unpaid

Questions from contractors

Does Seen handle GOSI for non-Saudi workers?

Yes. Non-Saudi staff carry the employer’s occupational hazards share, and Saudi staff the pension and SANED rules, with the wage floor and ceiling.

Can site staff clock in themselves?

Yes. Each worker with a login clocks in and out. Shifts can be fixed or flexible, with a grace period.

Do we get reminded before iqamas expire?

Yes. Seen reminds you before documents, contracts and probation periods run out.

Can we see labour cost per project?

Not yet, coming soon. Salaries will be shared across projects by the time spent on each.

Do we pay for every worker on payroll?

No. You pay for the people who log in. Employees on payroll are unlimited on every plan.
