Payroll and accounting software for your company in Qatar
Run payroll under Qatar labour law, work out end-of-service gratuity, and build the WPS salary file from an approved run. With CRM, accounting, projects and inventory in one system, in Arabic and English.
What works for your company in Qatar
When you choose Qatar as the workspace country, payroll runs on Qatar labour law rules and in Qatari riyals.
End-of-service gratuity under Article 54
Worked out on the last basic salary: at least 3 weeks' wage per year, with part years counted by the day. Nothing before one completed year, and the same amount whatever the reason the service ended.
WPS salary file
Straight from an approved payroll run. Seen checks every employee before building the file and names each one with missing details and why, so you get one complete file or none.
Qatar payroll settings
The establishment ID the WPS file needs, and the gratuity weeks per year if your policy is more generous than the minimum. Every change is recorded.
A cap on deductions from wages
Loan instalments are deducted within half the wage, as Qatar labour law sets.
An end-of-service example
An employee whose last basic salary is QAR 10,000, with five full years of service, on a policy of 3 weeks per year: a gratuity of QAR 35,000.
Worked out with the same function Seen payroll uses. It is an estimate for guidance, not legal advice.

What stays with Saudi Arabia
ZATCA invoices, GOSI and the Saudi VAT return are Saudi systems, so they do not appear in a Qatar workspace. If your company also has a branch in Saudi Arabia, each country gets its own workspace with its own rules.
Pricing
The same plans as on the pricing page, paid in Saudi riyals. Employees on payroll are unlimited on every plan.
