Getting started
What does Seen include?
Sales (leads, deals and quotes), invoicing with the ZATCA QR code, a double-entry ledger with the VAT return, HR and Saudi payroll, projects, inventory, and a team workspace with email, chat, files and a calendar. One set of customers, one ledger, one login.
How do I start?
Start the free 30-day trial. Your workspace is created for you: nothing to install and no card needed.
Can I bring my existing data?
Yes, from Excel: customers, suppliers, employees, chart of accounts and opening balances, with a preview before anything is saved. Importing from other accounting systems is coming soon.
ZATCA and VAT
Are invoices ZATCA compliant?
Phase 1, yes. Every tax invoice shows Arabic and English, your VAT number and your customer’s, and the ZATCA QR code, added the moment you issue it.
What about ZATCA Phase 2?
Not yet, coming soon. Seen will send invoices to ZATCA for clearance or reporting. It is optional: each business chooses automatic or manual sending, or leaves it off.
Does Seen prepare the VAT return?
Yes. It fills the 16 ZATCA boxes from your posted entries, checks them against your VAT accounts and exports them to CSV. You then file on the ZATCA portal.
Arabic
Is the Arabic a translation?
No. Every screen is designed right to left as well as left to right, and a screen ships in both languages or not at all.
Can half my team work in Arabic and half in English?
Yes. The language is chosen by each person, not by the company.
Are invoices and payslips bilingual?
Yes. Tax invoices show Arabic and English side by side and print from your browser. Quotes and payslips download as bilingual PDFs.
Security and your data
Can I control who sees what?
Yes. You define the roles. Every page checks a permission, and every action checks it again on the server.
Which records can no one change?
Payments, payroll, HR settings, attendance corrections and support tickets keep a history no one can edit or delete.
Can I export or delete my data?
Leads export to Excel, and financial statements to CSV and PDF, today; a full export of everything is coming soon. You can ask us to correct or delete your data at any time.
Plans and billing
How much does Seen cost?
You pay by the number of people who log in, with every module included and unlimited employees on payroll. Plans are paid every 6 months or every year.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. Paying online by card is coming soon.
What happens if I cancel?
Your workspace runs to the end of the period you paid for. Export what you need before it ends.
